Mother Brown Films is a film production company based in London. We believe that truth is more powerful than fiction. So we find what’s real in each project and start there. Need help?
We work with everyone from corporate giants to rising stars and have partnered with creative agencies, brands and broadcasters around the world. Our films are inspired by the art of documentary yet shaped by today's rapidly evolving digital culture. We know how to make people care and share.
Based in Forest Hill, South-East London, our studio can handle all aspects of production in house. From planning to shooting and editing, Mother Brown does it all with flair, precision … and lots of tea.
Established in 2012, Mother Brown has quickly developed a reputation for exceeding client expectations. Our close-knit team has significant experience in all aspects of film production and we can call upon an ever-expanding network of exceptional talent. We are big enough to take on any challenge, yet small enough to care.
Our work is split into two areas. We regularly produce branded content and corporate films for clients. But there are also specially commissioned projects where we can stretch out and explore the craft of documentary filmmaking.
Our captain is Kevin Lee Brown. He’s seen and done it all over the past 17 years, working extensively with broadcasters such as the BBC and filming around the world in all sorts of challenging situations. His jolly nature and grace under pressure are at the heart of Mother Brown.
